An easy way to make use of the crystals is with a spray bottle of essence. The essences are completely safe, there are no worries about a child or pet getting hold of the bottle and drinking the contents because they contain only energised water. The water carries the healing properties of the crystal needed for the individual seeking help. The essence is easily added to a drink, or sprayed directly into the mouth. They can be sprayed onto the skin and fubbed in where appropriate. They can be sprayed into the air around a room or alternatively put into a humidifier or oil burner.
